In a departure from previous notes, I have kept Ken Russel's detailed
notes intact for the benefit of those who could not attend Timo
Kunkel's and Chris Seeger's presentations.

We are planning to meet again on 2021-12-20 with a focus on discussing
the mapping of PQ to/from the sRGB working space defined in the HDR
Canvas strawman.
