[COGA] Consider attending the WCAG 3 conformance discussion at Tuesday's AG meeting

Hi, COGA folks, Tuesday's AG meeting at 11am ET will start with a
discussion about the latest thinking on a conformance model for WCAG 3. If
you're interested, please attend.
