Hi Folks We are looking at changing the phrase "cognitive and learning disabilities" though our documents. We need a phrase that refers to all our user groups, including people with mental health challenges, in different jurisdictions even when learning disabilities mean different things. Also note that we used the term 'disability' because of mandates of inclusion of people with disabilities (like ADA). If we lose the word disability, then it could be harder for people to get accommodation they need. Can you come up with any alternatives?
