TPAC meetings we encourage COGA to attend, plus when/how to register

Hi, COGA folks, I'm reaching out to highlight four meetings at TPAC where
we'd like to have a strong COGA presence. I also want to make sure everyone
knows how to register and that invited experts can attend for free. 😀

*TPAC calendar links*

   - *AG retrospective

      - Day: Monday, September 23rd
      - Time: All day, from 9am PT to 6pm PT
      - Context: AG will look back at the last six months of WCAG 3
      decisions and debate whether any changes need to be made.

      - Day: Tuesday, September 24th
      - Time: All day, from 9am PT to 6pm PT
      - Context: This discussion is highly relevant to COGA. The
      conformance model AG ends up choosing for WCAG 3 will have a big
impact on
      whether/how issues that are important to COGA get incorporated
into WCAG 3.
   - *Structural changes to Making Content Usable *(breakout session)
   - Day: Wednesday, September 25th
      - Time: To be announced next week
   - *COGA's new issue papers *(breakout session)
      - Day: Wednesday, September 25th
      - Time: To be announced next week

*How to register*

   - *Register for TPAC 2024* <https://www.w3.org/register/tpac2024>
   - *Deadline: *You can register as late as September 27th, the last day
   of TPAC.
   - *Cost: *$90 to attend remotely.
      - The fee is waived for all W3C invited experts.
      - Other TPAC attendees can request a waiver if the fee would be a
      barrier to participation. Contact w3t-tpregister@w3.org to benefit
      from the fee waiver before filling in the registration form.
