Minutes: September 9, 2024 - COGA Internationalization Subgroup Call

Hi everyone,

I wanted to thank those of you who were able to make it to today's call. The
minutes <https://www.w3.org/2024/09/05-coga-minutes.html> are a little
sparse because we actually worked on WCAG 3 feedback and preparations for
the Internationalization Accessibility Community Group meeting, next
Wednesday. I am very grateful for the conversations we had today and
appreciate everyone's help.
