Re: COGA TF structure subgroup prototype progress update and next steps

Hi Folks

Just to clarify. I should work today and tomorrow (18th and 19th)  on

   - Make sure that the headers are in proper semantic order,
   - The TOC works as needed.
   - If possible some padding issues


I will work in a new brach off Roy's branch

Let me know if anything is incorrect or missing
