Re: COGA TF structure subgroup prototype progress update and next steps

Hello Roy, Lisa, and team,

The structure v2 TR-style prototype is in really good shape now, both
thanks to Roy's extensive efforts, and Lisa giving me a tutorial so that I
could go in and add the content.

The prototype:
https://raw.githack.com/w3c/coga/Roy-prototype/usable-prototype/index-prototype2.html

Final asks for Roy are listed, with a prioritization order, in this
document:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PrDbya3Cfb7R0nV9f90biw61jv4lCr5qHKmJ5FcSWg8/edit#heading=h.m5lgawxc14mq

The only P0 (or, absolutely needed) items are regarding the semantic
headers, which Roy has figured out a fix for.

Since Roy is available to do these updates on August 21 and 22, we will
make sure to schedule research with any participants that use screen
readers for after these dates to ensure that the semantic headers are in
place for those studies, and to give Roy more flexibility with timing.

*Roy, travel safely and enjoy the rest of your vacation!*

*Lisa, no need for you to do any editing now :)*

Thank you, all.
