Proposed: COGA Github Editors regular meeting, first meeting Thursday May 2, 9AM EST

Hi all
After a successful review meeting with Lisa, Rashmi and myself, we would
like to have a Github editors meeting every other Thursday with an open
invite to anyone in the group to attend.
The purpose of these meetings is to;

   - Let newer editors (or those who want to get involved) get used to
   github and our processes (how to edit, how to do pull requests, using
   githack, etc) and ask questions
   - Do proposed code change reviews with Lisa in the call to expedite that
   process
   - Any other updates or proposals to github editing processes.  As an
   example, I'll bring up a list of templated answers to github bugs that
   would get posted for any public issue; we can discuss what makes the most
   sense.
