helping WCAG 3.0

Hi Folks

We need to continue looking at outcomes for WCAG 3 guidelines drafts and
check that they have what we need.

For October 3 in AG

   -

   Clear Purpose
   -

   Color and Contrast
   -

   Error Notification
   -

   Keyboard Support


Does anyone want to review them?
