Clear Language/Internationalization subgroup meeting tomorrow/Thursday at 11am ET

Hi, folks, the Clear Language/Internationalization subgroups are meeting
during COGA's regular subgroup meeting time.

*Agenda:*

   - Internationalization update — we made progress today, woo-hoo!
   - Align work plan for Dec-Feb sprint


   - Select small number of outcomes that we can realistically develop
      English tests for in ~2 months
      - Begin international outreach (with emphasis on Arabic, Hindi,
      Mandarin, and Russian)
      - Try to cite research for each outcome as we go
