Followup and next steps: COGA Structure v2 subgroup 1-off meeting on Wednesday, August 2

Hello Structure Subgroup (and interested members of the COGA TF),

Our meeting today was short since only Rashmi and I could attend. I added
the notes in our structure subgroup meeting minutes document

The main takeaway is that our subgroup will have more success if we try to
break down the work into smaller chunks and assign the chunks to
individuals for asynchronous work.

We broke down the next mini-tasks into reasonable chunks, and Rashmi and I
have each taken one of the four. Other subgroup members who can contribute
some time this week, please assign yourself to one of the other two in
the followup
actions table

The due date for these followup actions is next Thursday, August 10. Next
Thursday, I'll send out another signup sheet for new smaller subtasks, and
that will put is in a good position for our already planned August 17th
meeting.
