Call For Consensus — ends Wednesday, March 23 at 12:00pm Boston time.

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the Accessibility Guidelines Working
Group proposing adoption of an updated Work
Statement for our Cognitive and Learning Disabilities (COGA) Task Force.

The proposed new Work Statement is available at the following link:

https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/coga/wiki/DRAFT:_COGA_TF_Work_Statement_2022-2024

This update has been developed over recent months to update the original
COGA Work Statement, now almost a decade old. We received no comments back
when we emailed a request for review.

If you have concerns about this proposed consensus position that have not
been discussed already and feel that those concerns result in you “not
being able to live with” this decision, please let the group know before
the CfC deadline.

As COGA is a joint Task Force of APA and of the Accessible Guidelines
Working Group (AGWG), approval of both groups is required to adopt this
updated Work Statement for COGA. Both APA and AG are holding a Call For
Consensus on this question. *If you are a member of both groups, please
respond to both CFCs.*

Kind regards,

Rachael
