COGA: Testing subgroup: Outline homework

Hello members of the COGA Testing Subgroup,

I would like to remind you of the homework we had to do before our next 
meeting, which is on Thursday.

We were asked to create an outline of the testing document we would like 
for Testing for People with Cognitive and Learning Disabilities (not an 
official title).
