CFC for functional needs review

Hi Folks

This is a Call For Consensus (CFC)

On last week's call agreed on our functional needs review.  You can see the

(Our review is in the table in the top of the document)

Please look it over and check you are happy with it.  Once we have
approved it we can send it to APA (our parent group).  We may still have
some small editorial changes.

   - If  you agree with the  new  work statement   you can write back "+1"
   .
   - If  you disagree with this decision you can write back "-1" and say
   why you object .
   - You can also write "0" if you feel it needs small changes . (Please
   let us know what to change)

You can object until 2 pm boston time 08/08/2022.

Not writing back will be seen as agreement
