+1 to including OCD

By functional impairments we mean referring to the relevant impact rather
than the label.  So for example, we may refer to a person with anxiety in
social situations , rather than  a formal Social anxiety disorder.
It is more obvious when talking about  BPD etc.
However, it frees us from changing labels and we caan address people who
are not diagnosed. temporarily impaired  etc.
