Please review: initial resolutions on mental health

On the call last week we started  thinking about mental health. We
provisionally resolved the following but we want people on the list to
have a chance to say if they agree with these conclusions or would
like more discussion.

Topic 1. Scope
The main scope is web accessibility with secondary discussion of items
that can do harm to people with mental health issues

Topic 2: groups to look at

We resolved that we are more concerned with functional impairment then
diagnosis. However we do want to check that we have some expertise on
farity of diagnosis, such as mood disorders, trummer, social anxiety,
dissociation and  psychosis and others that may be affected such as
eating disorders and Impulse control. However we

Topic 3 Recruiting
We are interested in participations from:

   1. representatives from the mental health community who have the issues
   we are trying to address. This group is the most important
   2. mental health  professionals
   3. members of the  mental health    research community, who focus on the
   affect on accessibility and function
