Two areas to focus on:

-Tal's persona uses gender neutral pronouns. This has been reviewed by some W3C folks.

-Use and avoid are more editorially consistent. However, as a result, they are slightly less "easy language" (as a result).

(BTW we are aware of some strange non-ascii characters. We will continue removing them! )
