supplemental COGA working meeting (user needs) for Monday June 28th at 11am ET

Hello COGA task force,

We have a deadline of June 30th, 2021 to respond to the Functional Needs
subgroup survey

cognitive and mental health accessibility perspective.

On our task force call today, we agreed upon a one-time supplemental *1
hour working session on Monday, June 28th, 2021 at 8am PT, 11am ET*.

John K and Rain have committed to being on the supplemental meeting.
Albert, Justine, David, and Chris all agreed to make an effort to either be
at the meeting, or send notes beforehand if possible. *Everyone is invited
