issue 238- use of numbers in Pattern: Do Not Rely on Users Memorizing Information. Please respond by the end of 21st Feb 2020

In response to issue 238 I think we should:

1. Change the text of the title from
4.7.5 Pattern: Do Not Rely on Users Memorizing Information
to  4.7.5 Pattern: Do Not Rely on Users Calculations or Memorizing
Information
This is more inclusive of the text

2. We also want to add his example to the how it helps section - As follows:
To increase security when making a purchase, sometimes puzzles or
calculations are required.  For example: To finalize a purchase, a user is
asked to enter the result of multiplying positions 1 and 2 of a number.
This type of statement  can not be understood  by some people with
cognitive and learning disabilities. Both security and cognitive
accessibility should be guaranteed.

Please respond by the end of 21st Feb 2020. Silence will be taken as
agreement.
