action needed - do you like how we are handling issues? (to finalize by Friday the 19th Feb)

Hi Folks

Rather then swamping the list with tons of issues, we are taking the
following approaches


   1. If something is covered elsewhere,  we are responding that it is
   covered and we need to balance this request with requests to limit  the
   size of the document. For example, adding presentation to the pattern on
   clear text etc
   2. If both editors  disagree the suggestion we are just writing a
   response (such as asking for research so it can be considered for a next
   version).
   3. If more research or a lot of work may be needed we refer it to the
   next version. This includes requests for new persona, suggestions to
   restructure etc.

Please let us know if you agree or disagree (and why) If you do not respond
by Friday we will assume you are ok with the above.
