Hi COGA folks, I see that you changed the title of the "Content Usable" document from headline-style capitalization to sentence-style capitalization. That is different from the WAI Style Guide and WAI's other publications. I'm thinking you had quite a bit of discussion on that. I'd like to understand what is behind the change before I comment on it.
