Hi John,

I've replied on the github thread. A couple of key things:


  *   There are many types of CAPTCHA, there does need to be some form of CAPTCHA that is acceptable to people with cognitive impairments, even if we consider alternatives like visual/audio/cognitive as a requirement.
  *   I a bit worried that trying to add 'remembering anything' to the definition would be super-wide and catch things we don't intend.
