One of the big issues for cognitive accessibility is authentication. We are working on it for WCGA 2.2. Plus, the new Web Authentication W3C recommendation [1] promises to enable better user experiences. Here's a nice demo demo of Microsoft Edge support of the new Web Authentication standard using the Windows 10 biometric authenticator. Here, Microsoft Hello uses the webcam to identify the user.
