Process updates

Hi everyone,

Just a little COGA-focused update on the process discussions.

There was a survey for feedback on the process for 2.1 and several people from COGA responded, and the documents created previously were included as part of that feedback.

The chairs reviewed the 30+ pages of feedback, and to try and work out what improvements could be made, we distilled the issues down to 8 categories. The categories had a number of problem statements, so it is those problem statements that we are trying to tackle.

I created a survey for the group. (I.e. did we miss anything important), and I posted potential solutions as my response to the survey. So this page has the problem statements, and possible solutions next to my name:
