I suggest we arrange an informal meetup in one of the coffee places in the
hotel during CSUN. The advantage of this is others could join in, space
permitting.

Or would people prefer a more 'formal' lets meet for a meal or drinks? I
don;t think we'd be able to blag a room but I could try to pull strings.

Any thoughts?
