48 hours for comments ---- was Re: Please let me know all the problems you have with W3C tools and process

Hi Folks

I know this is very short notice, but I really want the W3C to move on this as soon as possible. so.... I said we would collect a first round comments over the next two days on the problems we have with our process . Then they can start to look for solutions. 


I know we are all really busy. But I assumed most of us also want this dealt with as soon as possible. 


This includes all our problems with voting, email lists, calls, wiki, and of course Github


Please add any issue you have with W3C tools and process to the following document
