Please vote +1 or -1 to incorporate, into the next version of the Manageable Blocks SC # 24<https://github.com/w3c/wcag21/issues/24>, the following constructive criticism.


  1.  Significantly reduce the scope of the SC to text only.
  2.   Accentuate the SC applies exclusively to important information.
