Re: barrier between the content and the user

The whole unknown in this is what is considered "additional abilities" in a
cognitive realm? Most people who are not accessibility experts would not
understand what this means or how to test it.

HI Lisa,

Just came across this while catching up on COGA email, apologies if this
has been discussed already. To me, it is not clear if it is the task or the
content that requires additional abilities in the new sentence. In the
original sentence the barrier is what requires additional abilities to
reach the content. Perhaps I am misunderstanding both sentences.

When the user needs to compete a task to reach  the content  that

   Is that clearer?

As a reminder  - this includes security and voice menu systems
