RE: Any Issue paper to review for the call tomorrow?

I have had another go at re-writing our symbol issue paper but please keep being critical until I learn how W3C/WCAG expect us to write these papers. As a newbie I am only too happy to adapt my writing style until it fits the layout, type of English, has the right content and meets any other requirements.

Chaohai is going to be filling in the technical side.
