So the conclusion is the GPII architecture and data modelling will
definitely supports these sorts or requirements. But we don't yet have At
or standard personalisation mechanisms availablev to implement them.

Remember the GPII is just infrastructure to support automatic
personalisation. It simply configures technology for a best match to a
users preferences. Suitable technology must be available for it to
configure.

Someone pointed out that
some websites provide information in a standard form and in "plain
language" but is there a standard technical mechanim for this.

Perhaps we need to define these mechanisms for the preferences Lisa
suggests in the issue paper, and more. At least at a design level if not
implementation.
