Can we look to do a model, that seeks to constantly explain the use of a human subjects time (work, as is distinct to recreation or sleep, whilst extensible)? Might take into consideration intent vsm outcome & plausible reasoning as to why. Perhaps useful, in a court of law - as an objective constituent to the usecases (without interference or identification of interferences, etc). Seems to me, the people most interested in this group - are probably humanitarians, at least, at this stage. If there's been sacrifices, what cause has that promoted, addressed, been consequential to; google, doesn't give those answers for a court of law, What if artificial minds, served good (natural) persons; might there be more or less interest, via W3C processes to standards, taking into consideration the process between CG work, and what's approved (or redefined) by key members.
