Request for feedback about draft of timeline before Wednesday, March 9th

Hello all,

                  The *Cognitive Accessibility Task Force
<https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/coga/wiki/Main_Page>* is drafting a
timeline for *updating and releasing the next version of their key
document, Making Content Usable for People with Cognitive and Learning
Disabilities <https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-usable/>, *in a timely and
structured manner. Our Cognitive Accessibility Community Group has the
opportunity to align our efforts to contribute to this.

The Task Force has included measurable goals, and dates associated with
those goals, within the initial draft of their timeline that depend on our
contributions.

*Specific requests: *

· *Within 1 year (by ~ March 2023), *our Community group will contribute
the following to the Task Force:

o Suggestions for new patterns and changes in the document

o Examples of good and bad experiences to support the patterns (both
existing and new) within the document

o Feedback from at least 3 (ideally 5) broader community groups that can be
incorporated into the formal Content Usable document

· *Within 1 year (by ~ March 2023), *we will have finalized and posted the
report on the benefits of Live Transcription during asynchronous meetings
for individuals with cognitive disabilities and differences

Please let me know of any concerns regarding this timeline and these
requests of our Community Group *before Wednesday, March 9th*, so that I
can represent those concerns on the next Task Force teleconference.

Thanks and regards

Rashmi
