Hello community members, My name is Hiral and I am a member of the COGA community group of W3C. At present I am volunteering my time to decide APAC friendly time for bi-weekly video calls. We do have a call on Thursdays at 9 am Eastern US / 6 am Pacific US time where most of the people in Americas & EMEA countries would be able to attend. But since those are not good times for APAC countries, we're trying to find another time slot where people in this region can also attend the call, and we can rotate bi-weekly calls between AMER friendly and APAC friendly times, which means on average one person would attend one call every 4 weeks. With this background, here is a link to Google doc <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1geE8jniJKgxOXZ6oTmiLOdTz2Z5p5o9ajh4o1Cd13YM/edit#gid=1841401186> where you can choose options of 'Yes', 'No' or 'Maybe' in each pre-decided time, AND also put your preferences in the additional questions below to help the scheduling process better. Begin the process by putting your name in the second row to replace [name], see how Rain has done in the first column. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1geE8jniJKgxOXZ6oTmiLOdTz2Z5p5o9ajh4o1Cd13YM/edit#gid=1841401186 I would request all the people in the APAC region to fill out this spreadsheet no later than Oct. 14 Thursday end of the day, I will send a friendly reminder if required. And ofcourse, if you find any problem with the spreadsheet, you can always email me with question or suggestion of your preferred times on my personal email, hiraltalati999@gmail.com Thank you all, Best, Hiral
