W3C Web 中文兴趣组更新小组章程

大家好！

W3C Web 中文兴趣组现更新小组工作章程：

新章程有效期至2024年12月30日。小组将继续发挥平台作用，协助成员参与 W3C 
标准化活动并进一步加强中文 Web 社区对标准的输入。

Web 
中文兴趣组由安勍（阿里巴巴）、顾轶灵（百度）、林万铭（英特尔）、王子韬（华为）四位联合主席共同主持小组的日常工作。

Web 中文兴趣组最初于2018年9月成立，旨在为 W3C 成员提供一个加强中国 Web 
社区对 Web 标准工作的参与平台，识别中文 Web 
社区需求并鼓励提供用例，协助中国区成员熟悉 W3C 
标准活动流程，探讨潜在的技术提案及标准化机会，推动标准的测试和实现。 Web 
中文兴趣组可以创建非规范性文档，如用例和需求文档、技术入门或最佳实践文档等，以对 
Web 
开发者提供支持。当成员对特定话题及项目有足够的兴趣时，小组将协助桥接全球利益相关方以及其他标准化小组，进一步推动探讨标准孵化方向及后续计划。

兴趣组自成立以来，通过组织小组成员会议、技术交流活动（包括围绕媒体、MiniApps、WebAssembly、沉浸式 
Web（VR/AR/XR）、元宇宙、多媒体与新一代 Web 传输、Web 
文本编辑、无障碍等多项话题的技术研讨会），汇集了众多会员及社区资源探索相应领域的标准化方向。
