Starting work

Dear all,

First, I have be designated as the chair of this group and will try to do
my best to start the work on that really intersting topic

Then, let me introduce myself (and please do so each of you please)

I'm Mohamed Zergaoui, CTO of Innovimax
We are very involved in XML and Standards at Large doing Consultancy,
Training and Development

I'm also Organiser of XML Prague ( http://xmlprague.cz ) a conference on
XML based at Prague from 8th to 10th february 2013

We are likely to organize a meetup on Change Tracking Markup on the Friday
(please tell me if you're interested and if you're likely to attend)

Then I beg you to start discussing topics and fill the wiki with
informations that could help :
* Implementations that already support Change Tracking
* Attempts in the past  to define a Change Tracking Markup
* Markup or Specification that uses Change Tracking
* Markup or Specification that could be related to Change Tracking (Diff,
etc.)
