Hi everyone, ========================================== Short intro for the archive and relevant to this specific group. I have been in the past chairing a few groups at W3C. I have also been the "chair" for the global Chairs conference call. (chairs inception) I have also been part of W3C staff from 2000 to 2008. More details at http://www.la-grange.net/karl/ ========================================== Two questions to frame a bit more the work: 1. How long the Chair Training is expected to be? 1 hour, 1 day, 2 days or more? 2. How many people are supposed to participate? 3. Where will it happen? TPAC? Another specific moment? Issue: At TPAC, chairs are already quite busy, so it means before or after TPAC and then it means a longer stay. On the other hand if the curriculum is intended for *future chairs* it is less of an issue. 4. How frequent will it be? -- Karl Dubost http://www.la-grange.net/karl/
