Bert,

thank you for your comment [1] on WICD Full and suggestions for what it  
might contain (reproduced below). The working group has decided on the  
existing combination based on its collective assessment of current needs  
and the clearest path forward. The Compound document framework does of  
course allow you to create such a profile if you think it is useful.

1) For me, a much more useful format would have:
    - HTML
    - MathML
    - Java
in addition to the formats mentioned, and would not have
    - ECMAScript.

HTML and Java are, in fact, already widely available. MathML not yet,
but efforts are underway and some extra push would be very useful, in
view of its importance for the Semantic Web.
