Bert, thank you for your comment [1] on WICD Full and suggestions for what it might contain (reproduced below). The working group has decided on the existing combination based on its collective assessment of current needs and the clearest path forward. The Compound document framework does of course allow you to create such a profile if you think it is useful. HTML and Java are, in fact, already widely available.
