Wiki Agenda

I have an added an agenda section on the Canvas Wiki for Monday's call:

The HTML5 Accessibility Task Force asked us to be responsible for the
decision as to whether to drawCustomFocusRing should move to L2 discussions
so I have placed it on the agenda.

I will be adding to the agenda and so can you - it is a wiki. We use this
approach in the SVG working group and it has worked well.
