Re: All-day WG meeting in May

The primary purpose of the meeting is to allocate a specific time and venue
for focused discussions, making tangible progress, and ideally reaching a
consensus on extending our shared roadmap
<https://github.com/w3c/webdriver-bidi/issues/403>. If there are concerns
about the logistics of physical hubs, we can opt for a fully-remote meeting
format.

Alternatively, we can continue with the iterative approach using GitHub
issues and regular working group meetings, which would be more
accommodating to participants across different time zones. However, it's
important to note that this alternative approach may potentially extend the
overall timeline of the process.

Looking forward to inputs from other participants about their preferences.
