RE: [EXTERNAL] Re: Interested in writing up an initial design for bidirectional WebDriver protocol

I’ve created a PR in the w3c repo here: https://github.com/w3c/webdriver/pull/1487


This is a direct copy of the explainer currently in the MS repo. I’m hoping we can merge it in as-is and then use further issues/PRs to iterate on it.
