FYI: Setting up automated publishing to TR of the WebDriver spec

This is just an FYI to let everybody know I’m in the process of setting up
(semi)automatic publishing to TR of the WebDriver spec, such that we can by
ourselves push a new version of the spec https://www.w3.org/TR/webdriver/
*any time we want to* and *as often as we want to*, such that we can ensure
that version is as up-to-date with the latest changes from the editors as
we want it to be.

If anybody has objections to that let me know. In the mean time, I’ll send
another message to the list once I have actually finished the setup.
