and perhaps have normative text about how we should return them.

At the moment the names are for the base platforms but any new ones 
appear to be relegated to being prefixed.

Rather than having that I suggest we have some text that saying how UA 
should return their platform name and then have a note with the list we 
have now as examples so that people can use it on localends as part of 
required capabilities.
