Wording cleanups
Wording cleanups in "Determining if an element is displayed" section.
- using "displayed" everywhere; avoiding using "shown" and "visible" to be
consistent.
- emphasize MUST, normative language where appropriate.
- change the order of the checks so that cheap/quick checks precede the
expensive.
Attached patch contains no "functional" changes.
Note for the editor: please first apply

bug https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=25182.
This commit then *should* cleanly apply to the tip... Good luck.
