Working Group Charter

Hello,

I was just realizing that we have not yet extended the Charter for the Working Group.

I believe the Action Item during our previous face to face was for MikeSmith to take care of it.

Mike, have you had a chance to do that?

I also sent feedback on the Input section to the spec. I think it would be good to get all of the edits (plus feedback) into the ED and publish a new WD at approximately the same time as our Charter is extended so we can show the W3C and interested members that progress is being made.
