I'm happy to set up a bugzilla product for the group and a component for
the spec (and any other components we might want to add). We use the W3C
bugzilla pretty productively with other groups -- and even for the WHATWG
specs, outside of the W3C -- and implementors are all familiar with it
already, so it's a fairly natural fit.
