I misspoke. Of course because of the timezone difference, leaving Japan on
June 12 means arriving in the US on June 12, not June 13.

In fact Philippe Le Hegaret will be arriving back in Boston from Tokyo on
the 12th and so will be around on the 13th. And he's checking on getting a
meeting room and lunch arranged. For now, I've told him you're expecting to
have about ten people. If you think you'll have more attending, please let
me know roughly how many (15? 20?).

It's not certain yet that we can get the arrangements made but it's looking
likely that we can, and we should be able to let you know later today or
tomorrow.
