Discussion about removing the BPs for which we do not have Implementation Reports, returning to Last Call, and then skipping forward to PR and victory.

3. Charter Extension
PROPOSED RESOLUTION: The BPWG requests extension of its charter by 4 months to allow the CT Guidelines and the Application Best Practices to reach Rec.
