CT Guidelines: responses to last call comments

Hi working group participants,

I had prepared the official responses to the reviewers of the Guidelines 
for Web Content Transformation Proxies based on the resolutions taken 
during last F2F.

I would appreciate if people could have a look at them (member-only link):

Feel free to update the responses directly (or reply to this email) if 
you find a typo, or think the response does not capture the "spirit" of 
the resolution that was taken by the group on the comment.

The replies should be sent to the reviewers when the document is 
published as a third last call working draft so that they can check the 
result and either agree or disagree with the way the group addressed 
their initial comments.
