Is the big yellow box "Incomplete draft. etc..." at the very beginning, under "status of the document", still relevant? Things like "This document is a Third Public Working Draft and is not complete. It is subject to major changes and is therefore not intended for implementation. In particular, the list of Best Practices is not settled yet." or "Some Best Practices are still being investigated and appear as placeholders in the document: best practices to ease sign-in on mobile devices with limited input capabilities, see Enable Automatic Sign-in best practices around the use of canvas, see Use Canvas Tag For Dynamic Graphics" seem either to have been settled, or become historical. In the spirit of autumn clean-up... E.Casais
