New Version of BP Addendum

Hello all,

The main people who have been working with this document have now given
feedback.
Rather than wait longer than necessary I have incorporated the changes
proposed, details in the mails to the various people, as posted to the
group as well.
If there is more from the group, I can quickly do that.

Therefore I am providing a new version of the document now.
